The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors is comprised of over 3,000 specialized chronic disease practitioners working in public health departments across all 50 States and US Jurisdictions to prevent and control chronic disease.

In addition to our members, we join with other associations, private partners and individuals to fight the chronic diseases that affect over 80% of Americans.  Together, we believe that we can truly build a healthier tomorrow.
