  My husand Brian suffers from Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy. He gets montly injections of Avastin in the left eye, just had a laser procedure done on the left eye on 4-2-14 and has 2 more bleeds since the laser and was given injection 4-23-14 and has to go back 5-29-14 for another injection and will have a vicrectomy schedule soon. He has already had vicrectomy on the right eye.
Graduated from Lewis County High School 1985. I have worked with at Southern Ohio Medical Center for 24 years. I am a unit clerk and have various job task besides my clerk position.

He has been denied disablity & SSI and we now are appealing his case. His left arm is paralyzed due to a blood clot in the left subclavin that occured March 2005 & he had medial nerve repair but was no sucess and his fingers on the left hand is paralyzed. He also was just diagnosed with immune thrombocytopenic purpura that was diagnosed a year ago and also he was just diagonosed with Diabetic Cirrhois of the liver; We only have my income and we are paying out of pocket so many doctors and co-payments. I was told about your organazition by a co-worker. He has always worked all his life until last June when walmart let him go because of his medical issues and he worked with one arm there for 5 years & he was denied unemployment but they put he could be a rehire but no one will hire him due to his problems and he has worked all his life and is a wonderful man, husband father,step-father and grandfather. It would be wonderful to get him some help some how.
