Just recently completed my PhD at Walden University. I now work at the state public health office as the youth tobacco prevention coordinator. Prior to that I worked at Cobb & Douglas Public Health as a policy development specialist.

Leadership:
• Oversees Masters of Public Health student interns throughout internship experience, as an Internship Coordinator working with the following schools: Emory University, Mercer University, and Walden University
• Participated in Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) review process and document submission for Cobb & Douglas Public Health
• Serves on the Annual Conference Planning Committee for the National Association of County & City Health Officials (NACCHO)
• Selected to join the Quality Improvement Council for the Georgia Department of Public Health
• Serves as a trained site visitor for the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB)
• Serves as chair on a number of coalitions and workgroups
