New What’s Working database features give you more options for sharing & editing your success stories. Here’s how:
• SHARING YOUR STORY IS EASIER You can now get a direct link to your success story to share with others. To find the direct link URL for your success story, open the success story by clicking on the title. Click on the ‘share’ icon (the square, orange box with a white plus sign) at the top of the page. Copy the URL at the bottom of the share dialog box that opens. This URL takes visitors directly to your story without stopping on the database home page.
• STORIES LOOK BETTER You can now create & share an attractive success story pdf. To generate the pdf version of your success story, open the success story by clicking on the title and click on the pdf icon at the top of the page.
• UPDATING YOUR STORIES IS NOW AN OPTION You can now update your existing success stories. This feature gives you permission to edit entries you have submitted using the “Submit to Database’ button. You will not be able to edit entries submitted by another registered member, even if it is from your program.
To edit your existing entries, log-in & click on ‘Manage Profile’ in the green ‘My Profile’ box. Choose ‘Manage/View Submissions’ to bring up the list of database submission you have permission to edit. Click on the title of the entry you want to edit & make the changes. Click “Submit” to send the edited entry to the database Administrator. Your edited entry will remain offline until the Administrator reviews and posts.
