The conference promotes opportunities for translating research into practice to improve public health. A wide variety of local, state, territorial, federal, academic, national, and community-based cancer prevention and control programs will be represented, creating an excellent opportunity for you to meet partners from around the country.
Conference sponsorship opportunities
As a co-sponsor for the 2017 CDC National Cancer Conference, NACDD is committed to making this event a success. NACDD will manage all aspects of the conference sponsorship. Proceeds will be used to pay for conference expenses. NACDD will offer two types of sponsorships: Silver and Bronze. NACDD will select five Silver sponsors and up to 15 Bronze sponsors.

Silver sponsors ($10,000)

Payment of fees
The sponsor registration deadline is Thursday, June 30, 2017, or earlier if the headcount has been obtained.
Make check payable to NACDD. The fee payment and completed registration form should be mailed to NACDD: Finance Department, National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, 2200 Century Parkway, Suite 250, Atlanta, GA 30345.
The registration is not final or approved until payment is received.
There will be a $125 processing fee if cancellation occurs before Wednesday, May 31, 2017. There will be no refunds after Thursday, June 1, 2017.
