Open enrollment in the Affordable Care Act’s Marketplace for consumers who do not have insurance began on Oct. 1.  The Arthritis Foundation launched a Marketplace toolkit Oct. 1 to help our constituents without insurance understand the new health care options and what they need to consider as a person living with arthritis.  This resource is designed to be a first stop for individuals with arthritis as they explore their options for coverage in the Marketplace.
