NACDD Cancer Council
The Cancer Council connects together all cancer program staff for knowledge sharing, brainstorming, problem solving and best practice dissemination pertaining to cancer control and prevention.
What activities do you offer members?
Quarterly full council calls and quarterly calls for breast/cervical/colorectal programs and comprehensive cancer control programs. The Professional Development Committee provides periodic webinars and trainings per topics that members suggest.
How can NACDD members get involved with the Cancer Council?
Participate in the quarterly calls for the full council and their particular program area, serve on the Professional Development Committee, run for an elected position on the Executive Committee, serve on the Steering Committee, present their work, lead an ad hoc discussion group.
