Communities of Practice

Communities of Practice (CoPs) provide the opportunity for health department staff
to network and learn from each other.  For ease of interaction, CoPs are usually divided into several groups of approximately 20 members each. CoP members who sign-in to the NACDD site can share ideas through the CoP online forums and access meeting notes and resources.For information about the formation of health systems CoPs, contact Miriam Patanian: patanian@chronicdisease.org.
