Healthy Aging Programs


NACDD, in collaboration with the CDC Division of Population Health, is developing a mid-course Healthy People 2020 data report that will assess and document progress towards meeting the nation’s Healthy People 2020 objectives for aging and Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias and a set of State of Aging Briefs that will deliver improved quality, availability, and accessibility of public health education materials, training, and evaluation tools and resources.
