Welcome NACDD Member


Membership in the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) is based primarily around federally-funded US State, Territory, local and community chronic disease practitioners. Membership is also available for approved professionals fighting the battle against chronic disease in the non-profit and private sectors.

General Member

General membership is open to state health department employees working in chronic disease prevention and control.

Associate Member

Associate membership is open to individuals not employed by a state health department, retirees from the practice of public health, students enrolled full-time in public health curriculum or allied field, organizations/companies demonstrating interest in the area of public health.
