Request for Applications: GIS Training for State Health Departments

NACDD, in partnership with the CDC Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention and the Children's Environmental Health Initiative at Rice University, is pleased to announce the release of the Request for Applications (RFA) for 2019 Geographic Information Systems (GIS) State Training for the Surveillance of Heart Disease, Stroke, and other Chronic Diseases. This in-kind award covers the cost of training and travel for staff from selected health departments to attend GIS training at Rice University in Houston, Texas. No funds are provided directly to states.

Application deadline: December 14, 2018.
