 School Health Resource Guide 

The resource guide is designed to help states in the implementation of school health strategies and performance measures related to nutrition, physical education and physical activity, and the management and care of chronic conditions in schools. This website includes key resources and policy guidance, example activities, strategies and tools to support school health partnerships with information on the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child model, an interactive school environment to access model and sample policies, and more. It is also valuable for all school-related work in nutrition, physical education and physical activity, and/or the management and care of chronic conditions.

Communities of Practice for Implementation of 1305/School Health Strategies

NACDD facilitates Communities of Practice to support the implementation of 1305 State Public Health Actions. States have shared various resources and tools they have developed to support the school health strategies in 1305.
