ATLANTA (April 13, 2018) – Leavitt Partners and the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) announce the exclusive availability of Torch InsightTM, a health analytics dashboard, for state and territorial chronic disease directors and their staff. The easy-to-use interface allows NACDD’s health department Members to access up-to-date healthcare market data to support program planning. There also is an option to export the data and integrate it directly into internal reports to get deep intelligence about specific, target populations and potential partners.

Torch Insight is the most recent offering in a comprehensive collection of health policy intelligence products that Leavitt Partners has developed with NACDD called Health Intelligence Insights (HII). During the last three years, Leavitt Partners, in partnership with NACDD, has visited and built relationships with more than 25 state health departments, particularly public health officials. One re-occurring theme in these experiences has been the need for more timely, relevant, and actionable data.
HII consists of three offerings: insights, tools, and data. Since November 2017, Leavitt Partners has been providing insights via the “NACDD and Leavitt Partners Weekly Health Intelligence Insights,” a digital newsletter covering key industry developments, Health Intelligence Partners, the Accountable Care Learning Collaborative intelligence, and the latest Leavitt Partners issue briefs and white papers. Simultaneously, Leavitt Partners started building and designing specific tools and data for NACDD chronic disease directors and their teams through Torch Insight dashboards.

States have continued to refer to the profiles as they work to increase referrals to and health benefits coverage for CDC-recognized lifestyle change programs.
