School Health

NACDD School Health has assisted state health and education agencies and their school partners make informed decisions about a variety of school health priorities. Our work has focused on issues most directly related to preventing chronic disease - nutrition, physical education and physical activity, and the management and care of chronic health conditions in schools.

To learn more about the School Health Project and access the many resources developed in 2018 and earlier to support this important work, see our school health publications, videos featuring the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) Model, and webinars.
