May 2016 Impact Brief
May 2016
NACDD is the only organization representing all state and jurisdictional chronic disease staff, dedicated to building capacity and making public health good for the public.

It is my pleasure to announce the publication of NACDD’s 2016 Annual Report.  This annual report is not merely a perfunctory financial document but rather a 32 page success story of achievements in chronic disease prevention and control.  It is filled with the work that took place in your states and communities.  It highlights what membership in — and partnership with — NACDD means.  It is the story of 27 years of our members serving the American public to improve their health and their quality of life.  It is a great honor to share it with you and I hope that you will take the time to read through it.  It was specifically designed for those outside of public health so that you can use it to share with private partners and potential funders.  You can access the electronic version by clicking here or at the bottom of the NACDD home page:  If you would like hard copies of this useful report mailed to you, just email Sabrina Taylor at:  Thank you for making this year’s annual report — worth reporting.
